Position : Trainer

Work Location : Khlong Sam Wa (Phraya Suren) Free Shuttle Bus
Working Days : Work in Shifts (5 Days a Week)

Responsibilities :
- Conceptualize training materials based on data and research
- Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials
- Test and review created materials
- Maintain a database of all training materials
- Instruct employees training and on boarding
- Review employees performance and learning
- Conduct training classes on policies and procedures
- Responsible for Training Needs Analysis and Knowledge transfer for any identified knowledge issues

Qualification :
- Proficient in Lao (Advanced) for Lao Language team
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
- Good command in English communication (at least B2 level)
- At least 1 year experience in training within the BPO industry
- Training and coaching skill experience is a plus
- Proficient skills with MS Office and Google Products (Mail, Slides, Sheets, Docs, Drive).
- Excellent interpersonal and ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both oral and in writing.
- Knowledge of people’s learning patterns to design programs with excellent efficiency
- Willing to work on flexible shift timings including night shift and public holidays.
