You will be working under the umbrella of central European IT team that provides services to 26 group companies within Europe. You will have a compact team with 3 direct reports within the Information Security Promotion division.
Your role will direct the coordination of all IT information and cyber security requirements to the 26 group companies within the region, and coordinate all global IT information security initiatives from Global HQ in Japan.
- Manage Security program/projects and implementing solutions to guarantee enforcement and compliance of DENSO EU and DENSO Global Policies.
- Coordinate and contribute to DENSO internal/External Audits (Global alignment (Jsox) and EU specific (GDPR, IATF, TiSAX etc. etc.). Manage activities to fulfill audit performed by internal and external entities
- Lead activities aimed promoting and increasing the European DENSO companies and associate Security and risk awareness/knowledge
- Lead the Security Promotion landscape activities to control, check, monitor and improve the security posture
- Manage the life cycle of EU related policies, procedures and standards
- Manage Security Risk Related KPI's , Security incidents and escalations
- Driving Standardization and consistency in Security technologies, processes and tooling
- Managing Security strategies and roadmaps (Security Architecture Role)
- Lead, manage and develop the EU Security team according to his/her specialty
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field and 5 or more years of experience in security and risk management and administration.
- Good understanding of Security, risk standards and frameworks. CISSP/CISM or equivalent
- Knowledge and understanding of project management (waterfall and agile)
- Knowledge and understanding of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS and M365.
- Experienced in industry stand Cyber Security Control, NIST, SANS.
- Technical understanding of at least one of the following areas: server technologies (1) network technologies (2) M365 (3)
- You have excellent communication skills, both in writing and verbal
