Real Estate Assistant [Nigeria]


 
  • Greeting clients, answering the telephone, and making follow-up calls
  • Preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements
  • Preparing real estate forms and documents, such as purchase agreements, lease agreements, and contracts
  • Coordinating showings, assisting at open houses, and obtaining feedback
  • Ordering supplies, preparing and distributing marketing materials, such as brochures, advertisements, and social media content
  • Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems, managing client databases, and preparing reports
  • Assisting with closing processes and performing basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Resolving office-related issues and problems
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the real estate agents or brokers

The requirements and skills for a real estate assistant may vary depending on the size, type, and needs of the organization. However, some of the general qualifications and abilities that a real estate assistant should have are:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, degree educated preferred.
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry or a similar role
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products.
  • Excellent organizational and team management skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong numeracy and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₦50,000.00 - ₦60,000.00 per month
