The Tweed Hospital is seeking a Junior Medical Officer (JMO) to join their team. In this role you are requird to oversee the human resource management, rostering, allocation and general administration of the Junior Medical Officer (JMO) workforce (which includes Career Medical Officers) at Network Hospitals and associated business units.
If you have:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in management and/or equivalent work experience with experience in hospital administration, including demonstrated excellent planning and strategic management skills and ability to contribute to policy development and implementation
  • Demonstrated superior computer skills in a Microsoft environment with demonstrated project management experience, including time management and prioritisation
  • Experience in Human Resource Management, EEO principles and rostering
